Return & Exchange Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Returns

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With original tags still attached
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Empowerment accessories (like decals, bookmarks, lanyards) must be unused and unopened
  • Final Sale items (e.g. limited edition drops, customized pieces, or discounted items) cannot be returned

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We got you.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive and inspect the original item
  • If your desired exchange isn’t available, we’ll offer store credit or a refund, per your request

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received an item that’s damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right — no stress.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return or exchange
  • The reason for return/exchange

We’ll respond with next steps and the return address.
